Taxiing to RWY08R through the taxiway between coral reef at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL/PHNL)
Normally I post on Flickr mainly spotting shot. But this time I would like to post this picture for Farewell Qantas Boeing 747. One of the best memory in my life, it was in Honolulu on August 2019. I tried to air to ground from R44 helicopter to catch the QF4 departed for Sydney.

Just 2 years ago, I took this picture from R44. It was still one of the best moment for me in my spotting life. Always important picture for me. Miss you Qantas 747.

Another from deep within the archives, the one, and only āAlbinoā A332 for Jetstar!!!! (VH-EBC) which was originally delivered to Qantas in March 2003! EBC was in service with Jetstar December 2006-July 2014! VH-EBA-EBF were all ex Qantas frames!

After diverting to Sydney instead of getting to Melbourne (MEL/YMML) due to weather, and after spending 24 hours odd in Sydney, UA2812 seen departing Sydney Airport (SYD/YSSY) for Honolulu (HNL/PHNL) and then onto Los Angeles (LAX/KLAX) - no idea why it didn't go all the way!

Jetstar had 11 A330-200ās in the fleet, and this was the only white bird, the others being in the corporate silver and orange! Note the silver engine cowl as well!!
āEBCā was on loan from Qantas for Jetstar from December 2006-July 2014, and repainted and returned to its original name of āSurfers Paradiseā!

Another sad news Qantas has officially announcement all of 747-400 retirement immediately. It was definitely one of the best moment in my life air to ground from R44 helicopter at Honolulu. I will post more Qantas 747 pictures on later days.
