The Signs and Symptoms of PCOS include excess hair growth (hirsutism), scalp hair loss, acne, weight gain, difficulties with fertility, increased anxiety, depression and irregular or infrequent periods. #PCOD or #PCOS is a very common problem which is not only faced by women but, young girls also suffer from the issue too. Excessive formation of cysts in the ovaries paves a way for this problem to occur. The hormone production in our body is increased which leads to further problems. This is why it is crucial to address this health problem at the earliest. Medical treatments along with the lifestyle changes are suggested.
