Bukit Batok Nature Park, Singapore. Twice a year, the yellow saraca blooms there attract birds such as this male Olive-backed Sunbird to feed on the sweet nectar and dance amongst the flowers.
When it originally opened in 1914, the Power Station was one of the most advanced power centers in all of Europe, however it will likely be better remembered for its ornate Art Deco architecture than its technological wonder. Parts are still used, except the old transformer buildings and the Art Deco control room.

In this time of having to practice social isolation, My husband and I go out to our tree farm to enjoy nature. I found this little jewel in a sandy patch by a stand of chapman's rhododendrons that are failing to bloom because of the bad draught we are having. The drangonfly is a lifer for me.
