NO, it's the Opera House in Sydney, Australia, shot through a window on board the Celebrity Solstice, while it was raining.
...sailboats bask in the sun at the Oak Bay Marina, seen from the deck as I drank coffee with the Tuesday morning walking ladies....
...7 pm pst ....off to a meeting of the Oak Bay Artists Society; in a beautiful home on the Willows Beach Esplanade....perhaps some sunset fotos will be made..
see you all in a few hours.....
now 7 am friday morning...off to work again back after 5 pm to visit you all again....
and I did make some fotos of the spectacular mauve and lavender sunset at Willows beach last nite so look for it tonite :~)

...as I head off to Mayne Island again sat and sun to run in the annual Terry Fox 10 km on Sunday... Mayne Island run ( all coordinated by volunteers) continues to be the #2 doner, in money donated per capita for money going to cancer research

forgiveness is understanding and accepting that the past cannot be changed, forgiveness is giving up the hope that the past could have been different and moving on from there. It is not saying that what happened was ok, just that it was the past...
there is so much power in this because so often we lose ourselves in wanting the past to be different..we get stuck there... this keeps us from living in the now
it also means that forgiveness is not so much about pardoning another person, but more about empowering yourself.. self love ❤

Oh and did you know we adopted this cutie-pie the day after we moved into our new house? She’s a lovely little lady with a lot to tell. We are all adjusting to our new surroundings here, and she fits right in ;-)

Tomorrow we're saying goodbye to our little girl Oprah. Over the last few months we had good hopes she would find a good home with our boys. And even though she's quite happy, she still doesn't tolerate our boys in her neighbourhood. As a result Pixel and Willow are very aware and a bit terrified of her. We miss their liveliness very much, so we found Oprah a better and quieter home to settle. It breaks our heart to see her go, but it's for the better of her and our boys.
My illustration for one of the articles of the magazine "O" magazine of Oprah Winfrey in November. Article among other things tells the story of a woman who has lost communication with her family and she is responsible.

Oprah Winfrey was at the DNC conference yesterday and in part of her speech she said " "When a house is on fire, we don't ask about the homeowner's race or religion. We don't wonder who their partner is or how they voted. No. We just try to do the best we can to save them," "And if the place happens to belong to a childless cat lady, well, we try to get that cat out, too."
