🔴 Müşteri fabrikasında hattan gelen ürünlerin kutulama işlemi KUKA KR50 ürün yerleştirme robotu sayesinde indeks konveyör üzerinde gruplu bir şekilde ilerleyerek yapılmıştır. Robot; ürün konveyöründen ürünü adetli halde koli içerisine yerleştirip ürün dizilimi ve ürün sayısı müşteri talebi doğrultusunda değiştirilebilir şekilde sağlanmış olup işlemi biten koli; bantlama makinesine ilerleyip üst-alt bantlamaları yapılarak hattın dışına ulaştırılmıştır.

🔴 The boxing process of the products coming from the line in the customer's factory was carried out by moving in groups on the index conveyor thanks to the KUKA KR50 product placement robot. Robot; By placing the product in pieces from the product conveyor in the parcel, the product sequence and the number of products can be changed in line with the customer's request, and the finished parcel; It was delivered to the outside of the line by advancing to the banding machine and making top-bottom banding.
SRDRRobotik olarak Zirai tarım ilaçları üreticisine yapmış olduğumuz toz ve granül ürün kolileme hattı projesinde sona yaklaşıyoruz!
Sisteme paketlenmiş olarak gelen ürünler paketlerin oransal dağılması için titreşim konveyöründen geçmektedir. Titreşim konveyöründen çıkan ve içerisindeki ürünlerin homojen dağıldığı paketler, değişim konveyöründen sağ ve sol (servo motorlu) magazinlerde istiflenmektedir. Magazinlerde istiflenen ürünler robot aracılığıyla kolinin içerisine aktarılmaktadır. Koli Açma makinesinden koli konveyörüne ulaşan koliler, dolum tamamlandıktan sonra Koli Kapama makinesi ile son bulmaktadır.
(Mevcut WinCC Scada sistemine veriler Modbus TCP/IP protokolü ile aktarılmıştır.)

-KUKA KR 50 R2100 Robot (ethernet ip)
-Omron NX1P2 PLC (Ethernet ip / Ethercat / Modbus)
-Omron NB Serisi 10 inç HMI (Ethernet ip)
-Omron MX2 Inverter (Modbus)
-Omron R88D Servo Motor (Ethercat)
