The Terracotta volute-krater was an Etruscan bowl for mixing wine and water. It was created between 325 and 300 B.C. It is a terracotta, red-figure vase. It is 19 inches tall. It was purchased by William and Joan Weiant Gift in 2014. But if you would like to see it now, you can at the Met Fifth Avenue in Gallery 170. Its accession number is 2014.192 and this image is in the public domain.
