This one's for you, Dudu, because I remember your prom dress, and I thought red looks good on you. Thanks for the heart-warming testimonial. Totally made my day. <3 Xoxo.

OAN, yesterday, I blogged using this phone. It was awesome. :)

365 day challenges have always felt waaaay out of my reach, but 30 days... surely I can do 30 days? To be honest, I am not entirely sure I can do a daily photo challenge even for 7 days, (inbetween working, looking after the kids, trying to set up my own busines.. blah blah blah blah).... but I thought it would be good to have a try.

So, here's me starting easy... here is my family... my world... the very bestest bit of my life.... and I am grateful every single day for them.

~explored~ thank-you!

A quick snapshot of the teddy bear I made for Oneword (a really cool event!) I've been having a lot of bad computer issues, but once they're cleared up I will take a proper photo!

This Logo is from the top of a small calculator I received at a promotional meeting for their organization. The total width of the name and logo is just under two inches.

I've always been appreciative of old sailing ships and like Vanguard's choice for their logo. There have been eleven ships under the British flag named "HMS Vanguard". I believe the ship used here is the ship that was with Nelson at the Battle of the Nile (1798).

Happy Macro Monday to all!

No es posible saber cuanto tiempo lleva ese palo ahí ni los litros de agua que le han pasado ya por encima y que le quedan por soportar. Lo que sí es seguro es que está bien limpio.

with each pic i've taken of myself i've been noticing someone else appear. it's my mother. she's taking over. only in my mind, i am still in my 20's & the coolest thing since sliced bread. but the mirror does not reflect this. and i guess that's ok. from the old snaps i have of my mother, she is quite pretty.

i wonder if she ever had this realization in her early thirties. if she was self-conscious with her looks & losing a part of herself & gaining new perspectives.
