Success! One Step at at Time
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally. ~David Frost

Year 2 - 4/365 - Friday, May 21, 2010
I have to apologize for such a lame photo today! I have terrible allergies pretty much all year around. I take medications for them but there always seem to be a day here and there where they are worse than usual. Today happened to be one of those days! So I spent the day sneezing non-stop, eyes watering, stuffy nose and terrible headache.
So, I am a firm believer that the way to accomplish any goal is to take one step at a time! It doesn't matter how big or small, it's just the fact that you keep going and don't give up!
Anyway, hope you had a great Friday and that you each have a wonderful weekend!!!!
Genius is patience.

to move yo' ass. The rain seems to have derailed a few runners, including myself. I didn't run for almost entire week when it rained for that wet, soggy week but back on track the minute the sun showed. So far this month, my mileage is 47.11 miles. Almost half way and I'm only on month 1. Yay.
Remember, if you're doing this...one step at a time. Keep doing it and keep moving!!! It's only another five months til swimsuit season!!!! :-P
