I took the Fiero to the transmission shop this morning, who had just moved from Ingleside to Fox Lake. As soon as I opened the door this guy showed up and started meowing at me.

A shot of some flowers outside my apartment. The pink chemical problem on the top was caused by the film jamming during ejection.

My sweetie is such a patient subject. He had to make about six passes while I practiced panning with my dslr before I tried it with the onestep. The result mostly matched the one in my head, although next time I want more blur.

It can always, always be better.

Photo taken with Polaroid SX-70 Sonar OneStep x PX70XNIGO

Loaded my Fade to Black into my OneStep and decided to shoot the HDB block next to mine. First picture came out overexposed (turned L/D wheel all the way to L) so I decided to shoot another one (L/D at the center).

Bottom one peeled in about 3 minutes, top about 2 minutes. Only did the transferring about 10 hours later.

Transfer was extremely unsuccessful though. Pungent smell + accidentally poured too much hot water into the tray and it started to crumple. Google-d but there were no tutorials on how to transfer Fade to Black film. I just decided to transfer the film with the transparency onto the paper provided along with the Creative Emulsion Kit from The Impossible Project.

I haven't done work with integral film in quite a while. I just got a OneStep and a few boxes of expired film today, so expect more.

(I'd imagine this film is about... 8 or so years past its expiration date, as it was in the camera, and the oldest other film I was given expired in '98)

Camera: Polaroid OneStep

FIlm: Impossible Project, PX600 Silver Shade with black frame

This is my first Impossible Project film shot. When I pressed the shutter it just stayed open so I panicked and releaced it. I think I caught it in time.

I'd actually selotaped two layers of CD box plastic over the Magic Eye so it wouldn't over expose the image. I'd also set the dial to maximum darkness.

I'm now realising that this camera suffers from parallax as this was definitely centred.
