Japanese Snowbell. Acquired last summer at a local legacy sale (typically a person deceased or too old to take care of their trees). This one was planted in a hollowed lava rock. I managed to get the root mass out of the rock, trimmed up the roots as best as I could and replanted in a new bonsai pot (the third one from bottom in last photo). I didn't mess with the branches or top of the tree, that will be coming.

Polaroid SX70 Onestep with PX680 film (Pioneer)
ND filter on pack and L/D wheel = 2 notches dark. Shot indoors using natural light (late afternoon). Temp was around 20-21 degrees. Interestingly the dark green leaves of the Hydrangea look more dark purple/black here. The petals also look more purple than they really are.

I use to have an old Polaroid camera that I used only once. Took maybe 5-6 pictures before I threw it out. Now looking back, those are the best photos I've ever taken. Is there a place on earth where I can buy SX-70 film?
