• A sampling of the most popular Ontario VQA wines including Sparkling, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir & Cabernet Franc.
• A culinary tasting experience created by Chef Cory Vitiello that enhances each wine type through texture, aroma and flavours.
