Flatofis, daha önce alışveriş merkezi olarak tasarlanmış bir binanın kiralık ofisler içeren bir iş merkezine dönüştürülmesi projesidir.
İş merkezindeki ofislerin ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak üzere konferans salonu, kapalı yüzme havuzu ve spor salonu, 20.000 m²'lik bir çarşı, Fastfood alanı, 2.000 m²'lik eski İstanbul manzaralı açık ve kapalı mekanlar içeren bir restaurant tesisi (ve otel) bulunmaktadır.
Mevcut betonarme karkasta 10.000 m² boşaltılarak Aqua Court, Terra Court ve Sera Court adlarında 3 farklı konseptte iç boşluklar açılmıştır. Bunlar hem mimari olarak zengin ve çatıdan doğal aydınlatmalı iç boşluklar sunmakta, hem de kullanıcıya bir ferahlama ortamı sunmaktadır.

Orangutan Foundation International (OFI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation of wild orangutans and their rainforest habitat. OFI also supports research on orangutans and forests, education initiatives, both local and international, and brings awareness concerning orangutans wherever it can. OFI is profoundly committed to the welfare of all orangutans, whether captive, ex-captive, or wild. Established by Dr. Biruté Mary Galdikas and associates in 1986, OFI operates Camp Leakey, an orangutan research center, within Tanjung Puting National Park. OFI also runs the Orangutan Care Center and Quarantine (OCCQ) facility in the Dayak village of Pasir Panjang near Pangkalan Bun, which is home to 330 displaced orangutans, and helps manage the Lamandau Wildlife Reserve, where rehabilitated wild born ex-captive orangutans were released into the wild. This pretty little female had just arrived at the OFI Care Centre. Dr. Galdikas named her Maue-Kay. She looks scared and confused and very emaciated. She must have been without her mother for quite some time.
Now she is safe and will be loved by all the wonderful caretakers at the nursery. Hopefully the next photos show her with a full belly and happily playing with little Steppenwolf...
The situation with the destruction of their rainforest, their only habitat, is very dire and I hope that more people inform themselves about the danger these primates are in. PLEASE!!!! Don't but anything with palm oil. It's killing them. Literally.

7.62x28mm personal defence weapon.
An extension of the Skorpion vz. 61, developed by Osa Firearm Industries, and intended for use by the Polish Federal Military.
The proprietary 7.62x28mm round that the weapon is chambered in is powerful enough to breach both kevlar and anti-spalling shielding. It achieves this by modifing the aerodynamics and shape of the round to promote piercing. However, this comes at the expense of reduced stopping power against soft targets.
It superseded the aforementioned Skorpion vz. 61 then in service by the military. As of now, it supplements the Tantal wz. 88 in terms of standard issue weaponry.
Features include a twenty-five round magazine, top folding stock, adjustable sights, side vents, and a push safety.
