'the offices' On Black a morning sunrise starts to rise over the liverpool waterfront reflecting on the princes dock system - the silhouette of the liver buildings can be seen in the centre horizon and several of the new office developments which replaced the old dock buildings can be seen (this is a vertical panoramic)
We wouldn't expect payroll, personnel, and accounting to happen in factory-floor offices. Production schedules, work-in-progress tracking, job specs, equipment maintenance records, fabrication drawings--that's probably in the factory-floor office.

The Harrogate Council Offices is a municipal building in Crescent Gardens in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England.
The former Harrogate Council offices, located at Crescent Gardens, were vacated in 2017 when the council moved to its new headquarters at Knapping Mount, and are now owned by Impala Estates, who plan to convert the building into office and restaurant space
It looks like sitting on an old farm, but actually it is on a busy street (Chestnut) in Asheville and housing several offices.
