This side event, co-hosted by IRENA and Norway, presented IRENA’s findings on off-grid and brought together practitioners to share experiences and identify concrete actions needed to scale-up off-grid renewable energy deployment.

Xantrex 2000 watt PURE SINE WAVE inverter. Not a cheapie Modified Sine Wave inverter that might burn up your sensitive electronic devices. This inverter will easily run everything in the RV. It will run an air conditioner but will suck the batteries down in short order..... wouldn't recommend running the A/C from the batteries

The hike to Laguna Churup is short, 3 kilometers one way, but it is all the way a steady climb uphill. You start at 3840 meters above sea level, so you have about 600 meters to gain. Altitude sickness is definitely a factor to look out for. Here you see one of the beautiful peaks from the trail.
