I was lucky to find some small Walnuts in the bag we have in the pantry.

The miniature bowl only holds half a walnut, frame is 1-1/2 inch wide. Trivia tip... there are 11 species of walnuts in North America, the two most common are the English Walnut which is shown, easy to crack and easy to pick from shell, the other is Black Walnut, which produces a great wood, but the nuts are usually tiny pieces by the time the hard shell is busted, but much more tastier.
This weeks weeks Macro Mondays theme was NUTS i've taken 3 small spanners and an adjustable with a nut in its mouth feeding the young lol hope you see the connection . THIS IMAGEIS NO MORE THAN 3 in these are small spanners I MADE SURE.....HMM FOLKS....

I drew the shell and the peanuts. Everything looked peaceful.... I don't know who scratched with the red pen. It's bloody nuts!:-)

Today is a red day at Color my World Daily and we celebrate nuts at Macro Monday.
And while I was searching for an idea for today’s picture I stubbled upon those 2 nuts kissing… The kiss was really very, very fast and I couldn’t believe my eyes: 2 nuts kissing, how that is possible ?
But the picture was already well tattooed in my mind so I had to recreate this whole scene… So here you go: two macadamia nuts kissing .
And now, I have to grab my coffee and join my video meeting… but I will be thinking about this crazy nuts kissing for sure !!
