1. Approved HDF QR Code (hdf.baguio.gov.ph/) or QTP (visita.baguio.gov.ph)
2. Negative antigen OR RT-PCR test result conducted within 72 hours prior to entry into Baguio City. (Available in Cubao Terminal) OR FULL-DOSE VACCINATION CARD
3. Valid ID with address

1. Valid ID with address
✔️ Aged 17 and below: Present a negative RT-PCR test
✔️ Aged 66 and above: Present a negative RT-PCR test
✔️ Aged 18-65: Fully-vaccinated persons may show their vaccine card. Those who are not fully-vaccinated may present a negative antigen test result.
Swab test available in Cubao Terminal
Test Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
RT-PCR Test
PHP 2,500.00 per test
- Test results to be released after 24 hours (Advanced booking is recommended)
Antigen Test
PHP 350.00 per test (Baguio Resident)
PHP 500.00 per test (Tourist / Non-resident)
- Test results to be released after 30 minutes
Baguio City now accepts a FULL-DOSE VACCINATION CARD, as an alternate to a negative antigen test result.
Please still observe the following requirements and protocols:
✔️ Pre-register at visita.baguio.gov.ph/
✔️ No QTP, no entry
✔️ Triage is mandatory upon arrival
✔️ Allowed for all ages but only those from GCQ and MGCQ areas
✔️ Strictly observe health protocols while in Baguio City
Important Note:
A fully vaccinated individual is someone who has more than or equal to 14 days or 2 weeks after having received the second dose in a 2-dose COVID-19 vaccine.
