Heat wave? What heat wave? This forecast screencapture was taken about 4 hours after the other one I posted. Now the 35 degree heat wave for June 3rd and 4th has turned into near normal 18/19 degree highs.

Recently they've started showing the average low for 14 days. That's where climate change is more obvious. Despite daytime highs being average to cool for most of the last year, nighttime lows were almost always 1-2 degrees above normal which fits the expected pattern in a climate warmed by the a buildup of greenhouse gases..

• What is the next normal for us? Dilemmas, expectations, and concerns
DAY 2
• Carousel on back to work. Provide colleagues who do not feel comfortable talking in a group one-on-one time to examine ideas regarding the next normal workplace.
• Alternative: postcard writing of ideas
• Recap strategies for next normal in a small group. on best practices related to the next normal.
• Discussion on new Strategic Programme Framework 2023-2026, led by Ms. Linda Petrone.
