I was out late, wandering the quiet streets and soaking in the city's pulse. At exactly 10:56 pm, with the lights turning off at 11 as scheduled, I managed to snag this neon-filled shot. In this image, the city skyline bursts into a colorful display of neon as reflections dance on the calm water below. The crispness of the moment—a brief pause before everything dims—adds a unique urban twist to this night-time exploration.

I didn’t mean to end up here.
One second I was walking like normal… the next, the air changed. It got colder. Heavier. Like my lungs forgot how to breathe for a second and my skin could feel the dark pressing in from every direction.
I swear I heard it before I saw it… that low, distant hum. Like something was alive underneath the floor. Like the walls were listening.
And then it happened.
The ground didn’t crack. It didn’t break. It just… gave up.
Like the world decided I didn’t belong on the safe side anymore.
I fell—
Not like a normal fall either. More like being pulled. Dragged. Swallowed.
And when I opened my eyes again… everything was wrong.
The shadows were thicker here.
The fog clung to my legs like it was trying to keep me.
And those twisted roots… curling, reaching… like they were waiting for me to move the wrong way.
I could feel the Upside Down watching.
That’s when I realized the only thing I could control was me.
If I was going to survive in a place like this, I couldn’t look scared… I had to look like I belonged here.
So I did.
I straightened up, fixed my stance, and let the darkness see exactly what it dragged in.
Not prey. Not a victim.
A threat. 💜
And honestly?
The deeper I went, the more it felt like this place wasn’t trying to scare me away…
…it was trying to claim me.

Another icon from the past found at the College Cyclery. I don't know where they got this but it's a genuine crossing guard for school zone from some time back. I bet this guy slowed many motorists near schools to keep kids safe. Love this!

HDR Photography at Liverpool Cathedral Church, UK by Timothy Selvage. It is the largest in the UK and the 5th largest is the WORLD.
Getting ready in the Cathedral for a charity dinner event. The lights were so bright I thought I was going to get a tan :-D It was tempting to change it to b&w but my wife liked it this way and how often do you see a cathedral church looking like this?!! Nevertheless the b&w will follow shortly. There is also a portrait version on my G+ and Facebook (which look more interesting)).

This isn't a character a lot of people probably know about, probably because he's from a film that didn't get very good reviews, but I decided to make him anyway simply because I thought he looked cool. Some of the Batman movies had really cool designs for some of the characters, maybe I'll get to those guys soon. Part of the design was inspired by the Sons of Garmadon goons, other parts, I couldn't make out some of the details on Google, so I decided to make up my own. I think he still looks pretty great.
