4-H youth in the poultry animal science project learn how to raise, take care of, and show poultry. The 4-H Poultry Show at the Lancaster County Super Fair includes showmanship and breed classes. All exhibitors are expected to care for their poultry (feed and water) and cooperate in keeping pens and alleys clean, neat and attractive.
