Well, they may actually be ferry lights at Liberty State Park ferry dock, not fairy lights, which are a natural phenomenon of glowing orbs that are rumored to be supernatural and lead travelers astray. But since they aren't even illuminated this night, I wouldn't worry about it, much...
A kind of magic aura was showing today, over downtown Manhattan on a crisp and beautifully lit day.
So I took few shots and this one was showing like a special setup, so I can take a picture of the glorious looks of this phenomenally and unque place: New York City.

This is from the Brooklyn Bridge looking west towards lower Manhattan. The photo is taken from the Brooklyn side tower. The pedestrian walkway for this bridge is in the middle overhead traffic. At each of the towers the walkway goes around the center section of the tower and gives a great vantage point for light trails.
