Un nudo corredizo es un nudo que permite apretar una cuerda en torno a un objeto: más se tira de, más el objeto está apretado ; al inverso, ya no aprieta el objeto cuando se suelta la tensión, no puede pues servir a mantener un objeto si se no garantiza la tensión

Knot - Nudo
Un nudo es un orden y estructura particular en un tramo de cuerda o hilo el cual se estrecha y se cierra no siendo fácil que se deshaga por si solo. La función del nudo es la de sujetar un objeto (incluyendo otra cuerda), o simplemente cambiar su forma para modificar sus prestaciones originales. Los nudos se forman aprovechando el rozamiento de la cuerda con los objetos atados para evitar que deslicen.
A knot is a particular order and structure in a section of rope or wire which narrows and closes it is not easy to undo itself. The function of the knot is to hold an object (including another string), or simply change their form to modify your original. The knots are formed by taking advantage of the friction of the rope with objects tied to prevent slipping.
Regional Exprés 18027 a cargo de una veterana unidad de la serie 470 de Renfe, pasa a toda velocidad por la estación de Alzira camino del nudo ferroviario de Alcázar.
Es loable ver que tras más de 50 años de servicio (1974) y con varias reformas y mejoras a su espalda, la unidad 470-019M (Ex 440-019) continúa cumpliendo su cometido.

Regional Express 18027, operated by a veteran Renfe 470 series unit, speeds through Alzira station on its way to the Alcázar railway junction.
It is commendable to see that after more than 50 years of service (1974) and with several reforms and improvements behind it, the electric unit 470-019M (Ex 440-019) continues to fulfill its purpose.
No hay mal que por bien no venga, a veces los nudos más difíciles nos llevan a los mejores caminos.

En la constelación de Hydra se puede encontrar una espectacular galaxia espiral. Esta es M83, la Galaxia Molinillo del Sur. Obtuvo su nombre por la distinta forma de molinete de sus largos brazos en espiral. Las imágenes en color de esta galaxia revelan una amplia gama de colores, desde el núcleo central amarillo de las estrellas viejas hasta los brazos espirales azules de las estrellas jóvenes. También se pueden ver varios nudos rojos. Estas son nebulosas gaseosas donde se está produciendo una formación estelar activa. Las líneas oscuras de polvo también son visibles en todo el disco de la galaxia. M83 está situado a unos 15 millones de años luz de la Tierra. Se aleja de nosotros a unos 337 km / seg. Esta galaxia ha sido el sitio de seis supernovas, que es más que cualquier otra galaxia Messier. También fue la primera galaxia en ser descubierta más allá del Grupo Local.

In the constellation Hydra can be found a spectacular spiral galaxy. This is M83, the Southern Pinwheel Galaxy. It earned its name from the distinct pinwheel shape of its long spiral arms. Color images of this galaxy reveal a wide range of colors from the yellow central core of old stars to the blue spiral arms of young stars. Several red knots can also be seen These are gaseous nebulae where active star formation is taking place. Dark lanes of dust are also visible throughout the galaxy's disk. M83 is situated about 15 million light years from Earth. It is receding from us at around 337 km/sec. This galaxy has been the site of six supernovae, which is more than any other Messier galaxy. It was also the first galaxy to be discovered beyond the Local Group.
