Richard hadn't been able to sleep well since the incident in Paris. Diego's report on Mikko's actions lingered in his mind, filling it with doubts. Did they really know Mikko? The speed and coldness with which he had shot the saboteur seemed unsettling. Lost in his thoughts, Richard tried to piece things together, but he always ended up with more questions than answers.
Almost at dawn, his phone rang, abruptly pulling him out of his reverie. It was one of the technicians from the monitoring room, his voice urgent. "Richard, there's a new disturbance in the timeline. You need to come to the Ministry immediately." Without wasting a second, Richard got ready, knowing that this could be the opportunity he needed to investigate Mikko more thoroughly. He wondered if there was a connection between Mikko and the recent events that seemed to emerge without explanation.
Upon arriving at the Ministry, Richard went straight to the monitoring room, where the screens displayed temporal anomalies at various points in history. While assessing the situation, he couldn't stop thinking about Mikko. Determined, he began to review Mikko's records and history, looking for any clue that could shed light on his true identity and intentions. Deep down, he feared that Mikko might be linked in some way to the temporal disturbances that had started to appear suddenly. The truth, he thought, had to come to light before it was too late

Finally some friends of the deceased woman appeared today.
Henri will go to her best friend, who happened to be the woman who rescued Henri from the abusive owners. In other words, he goes back to a place and people that he knows and probably loves. There are other horses there. Other animals as well.
The 3 dogs have been adopted by two families.
It seems like a happy end. I say “it seems” because nothing has been done yet.
I am a bit sad because I started getting attached to Henri but c’est la vie!
I am happy I was able to help him when nobody else was available. He would have been taken by the Animal Control if I was not around to care for him. That would have been a very traumatic experience for them. Most animals who are taken by Animal Control end up euthanized or sent to slaughter
After my incapacity benefit was stopped earlier this year (despite the fact that I really am ill and I'm getting worse) I decided to appeal. Today was the day of the tribunal and this time the doctor actually listened to me (the last one didn't even seem to be in the same room as me after I read the report) and I won my appeal, yay! Goes to show that there is justice out there sometimes.

Sad news in the Peregrine World...Joli the resident female from the Logan site was found dead Oct 18th. 2017 of unknown cause ?
As humans we should not become attached but it's hard not too...she was hands down my favourite Peregrine to photograph.
2012 Joli was with Cowboy (Brandon hatch 2000)
2014-2017 with Hart (Radisson hatch 2012)
Along with her mates they produced 19 chicks...6 females and 13 males.
Joli will be missed.
I often turn to poetry in times of distress. Rumi is a favorite. This morning I turned the page to this:

and i'm disappointed that people would
say things so hurtful. When photography
is a dream of mine even tho im not as
good as others. I really dont know much
about photography yet tell i take classes.
And i know i can do better.
i put in comments the things that were said. At this point i feel like just quitting
flickr all together. I am deleting alot
of images as well. and dont except images any time soon!

is i dont have no one else to take pics of like all you guys have your own damn models.
