The National Defense Management Center is the supreme command and control center of the Ministry of Defense of Russia and the Armed Forces of Russia.
The center is considered as the second highest authority responsible for the Defense Ministry's management and supervision, after the Minister himself and is directly subordinate to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, overseen by the Chief of the General Staff.
It has a powerful military supercomputer called NDMC Supercomputer with a speed of 16 petaflops and storage capacity of 236 petabytes.
The center is located in the Main Building of the Ministry of Defense at Frunzenskaya Embankment, 22, Moscow, Russia.
The computer network of the center is based on the Russian military computer operating system Astra Linux by Rusbitech company, which in 2018 was declared the future ultimate standard for the Army.[citation needed] Modernization with artificial intelligence software is underway.

Raahgiri Day: Pedestrians, get ready to reclaim roads from July-
NEW DELHI: Gurgaon fell in love with Raahgiri when it was launched there last November. Now, it's Delhi's turn. The Delhi leg of Raahgiri will kick off on the evening of July 5 near Khan Market.
Raahgiri is a unique concept to free up a section of the city's roads from traffic once a week and open it up to citizens to walk, cycle, jog, skate, or, even dance. TOI has supported this event right from the beginning.
New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) on Wednesday gave its go-ahead to Raahgiri, which is an initiative by civil society members to promote sustainable public transport. NDMC has identified a 1.5-km stretch on Humayun Road between Subramaniam Bharti Road and Shahjahan Road. Vehicle entry will be banned on this stretch for four-five hours in the evening. It also plans to organize Raahgiri Day in Connaught Place's Inner Circle every Sunday starting July 13.

The largest national flag in the country will be hoisted on Friday inside the Central Park in Connaught Place in New Delhi.
The tricolour, which is 90 feet wide and 60 feet long, will fly atop a 207 feet tall flag pole.
There are 12 such flag poles in the country but this national flag will be the largest , said K.V. Singh of the Flag Foundation of India.
The Flag Foundation of India and the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) worked together on the project.
The flag pole has been designed keeping in mind the geometry of Connaught Place, Singh said. “We are trying to create a monument for the national flag in the capital of the country,” he added.

Background & Glimpse Of The Mass Event:-
The Mass Event “Run against Drug Abuse” initiative is being taken since 2003 by Health Fitness Trust under the leadership of Drug Abuse prevention Campaigner Dr Sunita Godara in collaboration with Directorate of Prohibition, Govt of Delhi along with the other stakeholders in this field. For past 16 years the Mass event is held successfully under the aegis of NISD Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Narcotics Control Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, GOI, UN Agencies and other corporate partners like ONGC, AAI, IGL, NTPC, Petronet, NDMC, ITS, IOC, LPU have supported the event all these years. This year we have another new partner with us “Foundation for a Drug-Free World”.

Listening to children & youth is the first step to help them grow healthy & safe. The event has proved to be of great value for awareness on drug abuse all over India and has attracted attention because of its all India reach. Marking the World Drug Day on 26 June 2019, various events are organized by UNODC field offices, civil society organizations, Governments, and individuals to raise awareness about drugs. 'Listen First' is chosen as an initiative theme now to increase support for prevention of drug use that is based on science and is thus an effective investment in the well-being of children and youth, their families and their communities. Listening to children and youth is the first step to help them to grow healthy and safe.
This is the 17th year in a row for the Mass Run against Drug Abuse on 26 June to mark the Int’l Day against Drug Abuse & illicit Trafficking.

Dodo, and Foya don't show on the geo location map. Panguma is as close as I can find for a Geo reference. Not even a reference to Tongo fields, 3 miles from Foya, that is the biggest diamond mines, after Kono. Both are old NDMC areas, and have seen other photos for Tongo,
Just not on the map yet. It's interesting, and will have to check. No reason to Geo locate if Tongo fields isn't there.
