Movie Mythbusters with Dr. Erich Schneider

Studies show the radio frequency radiation (RFR) of these devices would affect the skin long before reaching the brain. Moreover, one of the best absorbers of radiation is calcium, so the skull would also protect the brain from the radio frequency radiation. 📱 #MythBusting

Was the dogma of the church insufficient to the creator of this graffiti, cut into the limestone of Ludham church? Perhaps it's an expression of boredom, through a tedious sermon? Or a calculated action evoking the folk-magic power of the pentagram? There is much debate on the intent and meanings of such Medieval scratchings. Some lean towards their use as apotropaic, seeking protection from a Medieval world populated by hordes of demons. A few years ago I found out by accident that permanent markers aren't really as permanent as they'd like you to believe. So here's my second attempt at Mythbusting.

Take two markers, one permanent red and one dry-wipe (non-permanent) black. Find a dry marker white board.

First step was to put the permanent pen on the white board (trust me...I know what I'm doing) and leave it a few minutes to dry (see top right).

Next, colour over the permanent marker with the dry-wipe pen (see middle right photo). Quickly follow with a cloth and suddenly the permanent marker isn't so permanent.

So the myth that permanent pen can't be removed from white boards without specialist cleaning agents is 'busted'.

You CAN remove permanent pen from a white board / dry wipe board with a non-permanent marker.

Myth of Feline MeowingAs a cat

enthusiast Ive often heard the

claim that cats only meow to

communicate with humans not

other felines But is this

really true In todays blog

were diving into the world of

feline communication and

exploring the fascinating

dynamics of cat languageThe

MythBusting BeginsFor many cat

owners its common to assume

that their feline friends only

vocalize when trying to get

attention from humans And

while its true that cats are

notorious for demanding treats

and affection with a good meow

this isnt the whole story In

reality cats have a rich

language system that extends

far beyond just communicating

with us humansThe Secret Life

of MeowsSo why do we rarely

hear our feline friends chatty

when theyre among themselves

The answer lies in the unique

evolution of cat communication

You see in the wild meowing is

often reserved for signaling

distress or seeking attention

from a caregiver typically a

mother to her kittens As adult

cats theyve developed more

subtle methods for conveying

information and coordinating

with their feline friendsThink

of it like this when youre

swimming through the ocean the

flotsam those bits of debris

floating on the surface can be

distracting Similarly loud

meowing in a cats social

circle might be perceived as

unwanted attention or

interference from outside

forces In other words cats

have learned to keep their

meows for special occasions

like when theyre seeking human

interactionKitten Language A

Special CaseNow you might be

wondering about the exception

that proves the rule kitten

meows When kittens are still

learning the ropes of feline

communication they do use

vocalizations including meows

to signal their needs and

wants to their mother This is

a critical period in their

development as it helps them

bond with their caregiver and

learn essential survival

skillsThe VerdictSo whats the

takeaway from this linguistic

expedition While cats may not

be as chatty among themselves

as we humans might assume

theyre still communicating

just in different ways By

paying attention to body

language scent marking and

vocalizations like hisses

growls and purrs you can gain

a deeper understanding of your

feline friends inner worldNext

time you catch your cat

meowing at the window or

staring intently at a bird

outside remember that theres

more going on than just

seeking human attention Your

feline companion is likely

engaged in complex social

interactions using their own

special language to navigate

the world around

themPurrfectly ConcludedIn

conclusion while cats may not

be as meowcrazy with each

other as we might think theyre

still incredibly skilled

communicators By acknowledging

and appreciating these

subtleties we can build a

stronger bond with our feline

friends and gain a deeper

appreciation for the

fascinating world of cat

languageThanks for joining me

on this whiskerfilled journey

When you check your own credit score, this is known as a soft inquiry and it does not lower your credit score! Hard inquiries, such as a lender or card issuer pulling your information in response to a credit request, can lower your score, but monitoring your own information won't. In fact, checking your score is an important way to stay on top of your credit and correcting any errors will raise your score. Plus, you’ll be able to monitor it and keep safe from fraud.
