Panorama of the Milky Way in a typical forest in thuringia. Beautiful Airglow at the right side of the sky and last parts of the blue hour at the left side can be seen. Fog and grass are visible in the foreground.
Die Lufttemperatur kühlte in der Nacht ab, dadurch bildete sich ein Nebelschleier über dem warmen See. Zeitglich zeigte sich der Vollmond über den Wald.
It was an icy cold morning with a hovering mist. The Mary Laura sits alone waiting for her master to take her out. Baysview, NS.
It´s a old railway in front of my home. The bulky rails show their age. This railway is sometimes in use by a factory for diesel locomotives, to inspect their deployability. In this time the locomotives ride here very, very slowly - the better choice :-)

I found this page about Croham Hurst in general, that mentions these Scott's pines:
www.megalithic.co.uk/article.php?sid=7588
The pines are apparently arranged around the perimeter of a Neolithic/Bronze Age Round Barrow.
Some of the comments on the web page mention ley lines and pet dogs not wanting to go near the pines..
Interesting stuff if you like that kind of thing!
Those days in November, a beautiful evening glow was hanging over the valley, offering a mystic view into the Black Forest. The left structure on the horizon is the radio and tv transmission station Langenbrand built in 1964 (173 m). The right structure is a wind power station built in 1999 (99 m). Both approximately 17 km away. The smaller hill on the far left represents the Haidach viewpoint in Pforzheim.
