On the train to Cardiff yesterday there were a bunch of middle-aged rock musicians. One had a persistent and penetrating voice that never let up the whole hour. This chap never said a word; just flicking his specs around in his finger-gloved hands. I think he might have been a roadie.

This was inside the tomb (mausoleum) of the First Emperor of China (Qin Shi Huang[dgi] = 秦始皇[帝]). It stood the test of 2000 years and now on view for Houstonians. We are very lucky to see it.
