Pakistani men are bringing their bulls to compete in the traditional bulls racing event on February 20, 2014, which was held in Gali Malal village in the town of Talagang, some 248 kilometers from Islamabad, Pakistan. Bull race is a traditional sport of rural areas of Pakistan. Some 200 pair of bulls from different rural areas of Pakistan participated in the annual race which is being organised for the past 26 years. During the race bulls run in pair, yoked together with heavy wooden frames called "joots", the jockey rides behind on a metal or wooden tray attached to the yoke by a rope. The bulls and jockey cover almost 500 yards to reach the finish-line and the fastest ones are the winners. In Pakistan, usually bulls are used for farming, cultivation and transport but a racing bull needs especial care and training. The bull owners especially train these bulls for the race. Muhammad Ali, born Cassius Marcellus Clay Jr.
(January 17, 1942 – June 3, 2016) was an American professional boxer, activist, entertainer, poet, and philanthropist. Nicknamed The Greatest, he is widely regarded as one of the most significant and celebrated figures of the 20th century, and is frequently ranked as the best heavyweight boxer of all time.
