READ THIS!!! SERIOUSLY!! :D
so, this last weekend was my last track meet of the year, GNAC (Great Northwest Athletic Conference) Championships! I took this Friday while I was watching the girls vault and I competed Saturday. I was ranked 7th and was really hoping to get 4th or 3rd but I ended up doing much better than that. much better. I actually WON!! haha I placed first and ended up being conference champion!! Its still so surreal and I don't know if I believe it yet! haha but I was so excited! I had a great day and a couple other vaulters who should have beat me easily, did not have good days and I came out on top!! more pics will come from the meet and such. Me and the two girls I vault with took 400! craziness! haha and the school sports website did an interview about me and all sorts of stuff. and I got interviewed yesterday for the school newspaper again haha Here is the article with the interview and such. such an awkward video...and it has the worst freeze frame of all time haha anyways, hope you all had amazing weekends!!
also, I got my haircut last weekend so this is what my hair is like again! :)

well its spring break. and its almost over.. :( tomorrow is the last day of it. i so don't want it to end.. agh. so not ready to go back to classes. anyways, this is one of my photography friends Lexy and you've seen her before in shots such as this, this, and this. She's awesome and we went to a park close to my house for a bit and did some shooting. It was fun to catch up and take some shots of someone other than myself lol
so my track meet this last weekend went pretty good! :D I almost tied my PR of 4.55m (14' 11.13") but knocked it off with my elbow on the way down.. oh well haha it had started raining anyways so I was ok with it :) and then I got interviewed and had an article written about me on my school's sports website. its funny/weird to read an article about yourself lol you can find it HERE. Anyways, hope you all are doing awesome!! :D

Märklin H0 (1:87 scale) DB Class 189 dual voltage electric locomotive (model # 39866) pulling a SBB-CFF Cargo freight car (Piko # 9712) and Roco # 77430 with "telescoping" doors set on vintage M-track.
Landscape background borrowed from another shot to resemble a real-life consist pictured in the comment below (albeit with a Class 185)...
Original catalogues (1972 to 1976) and M-track circuit with vintage rolling stock, unpacked from the attic and tested after 30+ years in storage...and for the most part working out of the box(es)...
