An antler moth (Cerapteryx graminis) which obviously though the wasp had hogged the great masterwort (Astrantia major) long enough and moved in to take over.

2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility from McCordsville Police on a traffic stop. This officer is also a great person to talk to. She is very nice and helps out at my school.
A demonstration of a live move-over 3D image. A small amount of detailing was needed to match the time interval differential. The Anachrome handle helped a lot!

Playing and jostllng for position as they fill the air with their noisy voices are these Galahs (Eolophus kuhli) near Katherine, in Australia's Top End.

The venue is now Supperclub LA at the Vogue Theatre.
Theater Opened: July 9, 1935
Architect: S. Charles Lee. The Vogue had a remodel in 1959 by J. Arthur Drielsma as well as lots of other makeovers through the years.
Seating: 800 originally, 500 at the end. There is no balcony. Upstairs is just the booth, offices and restrooms.
While it was operated by Fox West Coast and, later, Mann Theatres, the Vogue had lots of good runs including 70mm reserved seat engagements of "The Big Fisherman" (1959) and "Can-Can" (1960). Later (through 1992) Mann ran it as a moveover house from the Chinese.

This french born charmer is so " retro" in her old time pilot helmet ,goggles. and the hot silk dress. Since we 3D shooters have so much detail in our big digital images, consider a crop to bring the image to SQUARE. There is a new group, just formed, to post in SQUARE or even wider cross-view 3D. It is called 3D CROSS-VIEW SQUARE IMAGES OR WIDER...I urge you to join, & post your wider stuff there, so we can all enjoy a wide view 3D SLIDE-SHOW, on the site!

Spent the morning shooting with fellow flickrites and RPS members HamWithCam, shotgun1a, Dave Rice, Lee Fly, a.k.a. Flash, Pop's, and ITP.
They bestowed the honor of the group shot to me! Secret weapon was a Halloween strobe in the background :)
We had a great time shooting at the Southeastern Train Museum!!!

This is a sample "macro" of a lily shot with the new Loreo "Macro" lens. The lens had a thread on close-up lens to get closer. Fairly good, but a little shadowing is evident in the left side image. Still, it is sync image, NOT A MOVEOVER. A lot of this would be easily fixable in Photoshop for a pro user. Not great, but you should consider the low cost. It is almost impossible to do this most of the time in cha-cha, as bugs tend to move! Sync is a big issue.
Blueberry tries to fit on the same bed with Chauncey in my office. She came to work today because she had an upset tummy all night and needed some meds to calm it down. Right now she has moved to her own bed and is squeeking her toy, so she is feeling better.
