Stills de la presentacion de apoyo para mi proyecto de tesis. Se trata de una animación seccionada en videos de corta duracion, esto para poder hacer pausas de acuerdo a los puntos que habia que recalcar. El concepto sugiere una "linea guia" que lleva hacia las diferentes secuencias y se mantiene un aspecto visual simple en cuanto a composición y colores. Se le agrego un efecto granulado para darle un toque orgánico, como el de un proyector de cine.

Retomando viejos placeres, animar en After Effects es algo que me fascina desde siempre, controlar el movimiento, darle esa vida a los objetos inanimados, una pequeña ilustración para una cortinilla de la empresa a la cual trabajo, los elementos los hice en Ilustrator y las capas las ordené en Photoshop.
Dando el salto al CS4 después, no veo muchas diferencias salvo la interface, pero eso si requiero una pantalla mas grande, supongo que tendré que trabajar mas duro para comprar el Imac lo antes posible. Espero terminarlo mañana.

TRIANGLE is a video work done for the book 'Black Material' which showcases Robert Knoke's artwork.
Curator Jens Karlson asked me to make a short animation and get Robert Knoke's black and white artwork as base for video. I chosed to create tense harmony between geometrical forms and organic movements. Combustion helped me to expand possibilites of Black material with his strong music and sound design.
