"They look like ailanthus, "Tree of Heaven." They sound like wooden wind chimes in Section 30 when the wind is blowing hard and they're banging against each other. They're probably dead trees left over from the spotted red lantern fly, or will be. I wouldn't stand under them in high wind. You could get speared by limbs that break away."

Please wait until your daddy gets home!

We went hiking in the redwoods.

I don't know if you read the book The Minpins, but I felt like a minpin.

Mount Moriah Cemetery, Yeadon & Philadelphia, Pa. Mount Moriah was established in 1855 as one of the first rural pastoral cemeteries in the country. Many famous persons including Betsey Ross were buried there. After decades of neglect the cemetery was officially abandoned in 2011. A group of volunteers formed the “Friends of Mount Moriah” to clear the cemetery of the overgrowth of vines, trees, & weeds that made it unsuitable for visits. The Friends of Mount Moriah also maintains & updates records, and works to establish a legal entity for the cemetery. More information is available at friendsofmountmoriahcemetery.org/

Moriah giving Link a super-sized hug. She loved the dogs, but I think Moriah would have hugged a rat to get another photo taken! She loves to be photographed and then see the digital image immediately.

(I might change this later... I realized it's kind of hard to see here...)

We walked out onto this sandbar out and into the ocean.

I went and took photos with Mary Robinson, Hannah Frank and Mary's friend Madeline the other day.

I'll probably post a few more on tumblr.

Taken on my deck. I spray painted those branches for a shoot I was supposed to have today, which is now moved to next weekend. My finger honestly cramped from holding the can.

I apologize for my absence online. I've been dealing with a lot of personal stuff lately and have missed roughly three weeks of school so far. It's been tough, but I'm starting to get better. Thank you everyone who has helped me. I really love all of you online folk. haha :)

This might be my favorite.

Abby. More Oregon filmzzz.

I posted them on my tumblr a while ago, but most of the stuff I've been shooting lately has either been:

1. magazine/client stuff (what a strange thing to say..... it sounds weird)

2. self portraits that I can never decide if I like....

I have a fun shoot with a designer this weekend though! And Francesca who I shot with before so it will be fun :)

Carried all but six of the Tombstone residents to Boothill cemetery. Tombstone's horse-drawn hearse and the first vehicle with curved glass. The hearse is trimmed in 24k gold and sterling silver. This is one of the eight made and can be seen in The Bird Cage Theater.

This photo scares me a bit.

I feel like I've been so lazy.

I have shoot planned for next saturday :)

Here's a shot of all-female band Plush's lovely frontman Moriah Formica at Arvest Bank Theatre at the Midland in Kansas City, Missouri, as Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators' direct opening act, on the cold night of February 25, 2022.

Shot for Go Venue Magazine.

I think I've made it really clear that I am obsessed with antlers....

I worked at a camp on a farm for the month of June. It was wonderful, and I find it kind of strange that I am going from the middle of nowhere to new york city within a few weeks. Such opposites.

The shoot today didn't happen. I feel guilty now so I will give you guys another film photo :)

(yes I am aware it is the same pose as the other photo in a different location.....)

What's left of the business "district." There was one business still operating--a tiny walk-up snack bar on US 136, but the population was only about 80--down from a high of about 600 a century ago. Mt. Moriah had at least one notable citizen: Charles "Babe" Adams--one of the great baseball pitchers from the early 1900's. In his rookie season, he won 3 games in the World Series for the Pirates and was MVP. There is a small monument to him in a tiny park at the center of the town square.

Incidentally, the "box" in front of the smaller building is an old rusty safe.
