There’s a quiet strength in the strays — a resilience shaped by rain, hunger, and the uncertain comfort of sunlight. This cat found me the way wild things do: not by seeking help, but by watching from the shadows until trust settled softly between us.
In those golden eyes lies a story of survival and solitude, a reminder that even the smallest creatures carry worlds within them. I’ve seen this face many mornings — cautious, curious, and somehow wiser than its years.
Thinking about how things used to be, and how much I've changed. How much I don't feel strong anymore. Sometimes I miss the person I was before life taught me how heavy everything could become.

It wasn’t the waterfall that pulled me in first…
it was the feeling.
That strange, heavy kind of magic that clings to the air when you step into a place that doesn’t belong to the living world. The flowers looked too bright for how dark the forest felt, and the stone behind me carried the kind of expression that never changes… like it’s seen a thousand queens come and go.
I didn’t sit on the throne.
I leaned into it... like I already knew it would hold me.
And for a second, everything went still.
No rushing thoughts. No noise. No chaos.
Just a crown of blackened silver and crawling shadows resting above my eyes… and makeup sharp enough to look like a warning. The kind of beauty that doesn’t beg to be noticed...
because it commands it.

In the endless carved pillars of the Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque, Qutb Complex, Delhi — centuries of stone, dust and silence — and then a yellow sari, like a prayer that forgot to fade.
Light was falling from the left, just enough to catch the silk. No pose. Just waiting. That moment when history holds its breath.
Shot on my India journey, 2025. Natural light, no flash, no staging. Just a woman resting against eternity.

Je ne sais pas ce qui m’attire le plus dans ce portrait : la lumière froide sur le tissu, cette petite flamme qui tranche dans le noir, ou son regard qui semble suivre quelque chose que je ne vois pas. Il y a une présence étrange dans cette image, pas besoin de lui donner une explication...
