Composed of three towers, two smaller buildings inspired by the commercial towers that were in New York - but here, of course, much smaller, with 22 floors and a large central square, it is one of the most modern business complexes in Uruguay.
It was opened in 1998 and underwent renovations between 2002 and 2009. At Plaza das Torres, which connects the buildings of the complex, there are works by the renowned Uruguayan sculptor Pablo Atchugarry.
