Zu den Möglichkeiten und Grenzen eines Monitoringsystems
Prof. Dr. Jörg Fischer, Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena
Every time a compressor goes down for an unscheduled maintenance task, money is lost. By monitoring system lubrication pressures, you can effectively predict needed preventative maintenance actions and schedule them during times that have the least impact on continual operations. Operating compressors without a full range of gauges is like driving at night without headlights.
Gauge Applications
•Use to identify when low pressure delta-P filters need replaced
•Monitor pump pressures at the manifold to identify potential pump wear and failure
•Use on balancing valves to easily balance each low pressure injection point
•Monitor injection pressure to chart wear and replacement of the packing
