My latest experiment in something other than standard modular buildings. The alley features a dead end, some boxes and a dumpster.

Just playing around testing out modular building in SL now that PBR materials are live. Aside from the lights and water prims this was made with a single rectangle mesh and two variants of the same material to avoid too much noticeable repetition.
The planned modular rig (or at least the start of it). The A-130 Lin VCA will not be used (the Exponential VCA will). It's there purely for mock-up reasons.

Modular origami designed and folded by me from 8 squares of paper with no cuts or glue. This is the second time I've folded it, this time to take photos for diagramming.

I have been laser cutting felt as part of my experimentation with textiles and textile techniques. I stitched together this form as part of a series of jewellery based on the theme: Organic Modular Structures. This felt object can be manipulated into different forms by pushing a side in to form concave surfaces anywhere on the form.
Just messing around with paper in the car and this occurred to me as a sort of modular. The tubes would obviously slide into each other, but I dont see much that I can do with this.

Modular houses of course. Missing Cafe corner and Market Street. And yeah it's Town plan too missing the gas station that didn't fit into the display. It's placed near the cash registers instead.
