We started out with only one light (a beauty dish) and one reflector and ended up with four lights and two reflectors and one fan.

Somewhat surprisingly one of the rooms contains a model train set. I spotted a notice on a door part way up a spiral staircase. Two men were there adjusting the O gauge track.
I took these photos around 1997, with an amateur model, I was young, on the kodachrome, I scanned these slides myself, qualitée scans is very average. I retouched dust.
My initial idea was to blonde hair confused with wheat.

In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, it was expensive to provide each medical school student with a microscope, but anatomical details of plants can be tough to see with the naked eye. Medical schools and museums (including the Smithsonian) relied instead on botanical models like these for student instruction.
Manufactured through the 1920s by the Brendel Company, a German firm founded by Robert Brendel in 1866, these botanical models are made of papier mache, wood, plaster, gelatin, and other materials.
Many can be “dissected” or disassembled to show the internal anatomy of flowers, fruits, and other organs.
Flowers represented in this set include cacoa, henbane, iris, poppy, and rose.

MODEL SOLAR CAR ENTERED INTO RACE AS PART OF DOE'S NATIONAL MIDDLE SCHOOL SCIENCE BOWL.
THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY SPONSORED THE FIRST NATIONAL MIDDLE SCHOOL SCIENCE BOWL ON MARCH 21-24, 2002 IN WASHINGTON, DC AT DOE HEADQUARTERS FORRESTAL BUILDING. ON MARCH 23RD THE COMPETITION INCLUDED A MODEL SOLAR CAR RACE HELD AT THE NATIONAL 4-H CONFERENCE CENTER, CHEVY CHASE, MD. THE MODEL CARS WERE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED BY THE TEAM MEMBERS.

A model for a recent public artwork submission I was short listed for but unfortunately did not get. I was part of an artist team with Stuart Green who was great to work with. This was my part of the submission. It was to be a large metal folded wall 300x450cm with the image of water etched into the metal. There was lights as well, blue from below and amber from above.
