That "Tired Little Model" is actually me. When I was a child, my father owned a small photography studio in Selkirk, Manitoba. He would sometimes use my siblings and me as models for practice shots and lighting set-ups. Unfortunately, I didn't pay much attention at the time, so I didn't learn much about photography. My parents separated by the time I was 10 years old and I rarely saw my father after that. I've always been fond of this photo though. Love those big old lights!
This was a remote controlled land yacht that I created and launched on the Ninety Mile Beach in Ahipara
Cararama Renault Trafic 1/72nd scale minibus converted to police cage van. Model was converted to UK right hand drive. Photo shows the model next to the 2nd model waiting to be converted.

Focusing: helicoid focusing, the focus locks at every distance mark that is engraved in the focusing ring. In order to turn the focusing ring it is necessary to push down and hold the small chrome button that is located on the side of the lens mount

speeds: 1/25-1/50-1/100 +B, setting: lever and scale on the lens-shutter barrel
