He's my little model. I adore taking photos of this guy. He picked up a Fisher Price camera (my 3 year old's) and started taking pictures and making a clicking noise. Guess he's into it too :) I just loved this picture. Something about that intense stare--almost like he was posing for me.

In the run-up to Elfia, I had this image in mind, it was actually more a question of who I would meet to work this out.
Model Celeste. Sadly, Celeste suddenly passed away a while back from sleep apnea. A very beautiful and talented model. She used this photo as the avatar on her modeling site. I was honored to have worked with her.

Just place the studio lights somewhere and walk around them to see what light does to the subject and the environment.
And especially look back at the photos to see what certain choices and positions do in relation to the light. Both the model and the photographer have an influence on this.
This shows that a good photo is not made because that one photographer is so good yes or no or that the model has a lot or less experience.
You take a successful photo together.

Strijp-S in Eindhoven is a well-known location for many photographers. It is a location that offers many opportunities to take a good photo of someone.
Not only the outdoor locations are very interesting. Strijp-S also has many beautiful atmospheric indoor locations. I take into account that I am present as a customer/visitor, I always order some food or drink and always ask permission to take pictures inside.
