I wanted to crop close so used the longest lens I had with me (Cron 50) and then mounted on th M8 that has a 1.33x crop sensor

Another shot of model Harriet from yesterday.
It was great to have time to use the Speed Graphic again and I was really pleased with all the resulting images. All shot wide open with continuous light only and most at 1/30 shutter speed.

Leica M3 Single Stroke (I normally use a double stroke but needs calibrating) + Zeiss ZM Sonnar 50mm f1.5 + Ilford Pan F 50
300ml Xtol solution + 700ml tap water, 11mins @ 20 degrees (approx)(warm to touch), Epson v800 scan
11min was too long for the Pan F 50. Highlights clipped. I expected better sharpness from the Pan F so I think the Sonnar lens is a soft copy. It is much softer than the Lux ASPH as I tested side by side. My previous Sonnar I owned was sharper I think.

Leica M9 + Leica Summilux ASPH 50 f1.4
I used the M9 to setup shots for the film cameras for the trip so far fewer digital images to go through vs. the past when I shot 800 with one model. That's quite a lot when you think it is one photo at a time with a Leica M9 not a DSLR in burst mode. Shooting film soon puts a stop to such craziness! :)
