London Photography Workshop - Day 3 - Katie
Quick snap of Katie in the park this morning before we went to the appartment to get changed. Excuse the sign behind. I was teaching how to use a reflector for fill light even on an overcast day (here using the white side). It was day 3 of a 3 day London photography workshop and Katie joined us from the south coast.
I pretty much kept the 1950s Leica Summarit 50/1.5 on the M9 for the full 3 days to keep it simple. I kept the Leica Summilux ASPH 50mm f1.4 lens on my film M3 as knew we would be doing low light photography.

Part of a little project to show that any camera can be used to make a nice photo. Here the very affordable Panasonic Lumix in the studio.
The Lumix G3 M4/3 2x crop factor means the ZM Biogon acts as a 42mm lens hence no distortion

I like the classic look of Kentmere. I will use it again for sure. I think it suits certain subjects more to get that gritty less perfect look
