Tuesday during the Carnevale is a great time to shoot the models on Burano. It's a small island noted for its colored houses. It is not only a fun place to shoot, it is a great time just to get lost and wander through the tiny lanes. I definitely need to spend more time there in the future.
I took these photos in mid-February 2020.

This was the first pic I ever took of a model when I tagged along on a rather drunken groupshoot a couple of years ago armed only with my old Fuji compact. Still don't know how I fluked this. I doubt i'd be able to do it again with my proper camera even now :)
