Lovely pleated ruffles!
I modified the Moda Bake Shop Ruffle Quilt pattern to make a slightly larger quilt. The fabric is mostly Moda Fandango by Kate Spain from a scrap bag I bought last year. The blue ruffles and the backing are from a local fabric store.
Here you can sort of see the ruffles on the front. Isn't the backing fun? Very mod!
