Mercedes-Benz O 10000 mobiles Postamt

The rolling post-office. This bus was used in the 1930s in Austria as a packet freighter and later as a post-office. With 150hp it was powered well in relation to its size. Between 1937 and 1941 in total 386 of these impressive vehicles were built.

For some reason, it seems like these two signs belong next to each other...

Two 'Pedibuses' trundle through Canary Wharf, London - essentially pub tables with pedal cranks for each occupant! The speed presumably drops as the drink flows!

A whole mess of Conrail first generation EMDs rolls westward on the Reading Line through Palmyra in May of 1995.

Local power based along the line to Allentown was heading to Enola yard near Harrisburg for servicing. These old motors were soon retired from the active Conrail roster.
