Jeremy saw the mobile in L.A. and mailed it to me; Julie has sent me these Polaroids over time over the past year. I have had the mobile for quite some time, but I just recently asked Anacardo to help me hang it onto the hook that he screwed in there months ago.
Taken in 2005 afterwards Hurricane Katrina almost wiped this museum away. This particular peice many no longer exist at the park.
This is a house fly. They annoy the shit out of me in summer. But more importantly, this shot was taken with my iPhone 4S! I am amazed at the quality I get can achieve with it. In order to achieve this level of magnification, I attached a macro adapter to the phone. It takes the 4S camera to a whole new level!

What started as applying vinyl advertising to their older Siemens trains with flat sides, has now spread to their new AnsaldoBreda trains with ribbed sides. Metro spends $3,174,773.42 in manufacturing each of these train cars designed specially for the Gold Line. Part of the design is not to have advertising on the sides, yet Metro is now jury rigging vinyl advertising to fit there.
Some art on the wall of a Tube station I can't remember by an artist whose name I can't remember either. I do remember the artist is Japanese though.

Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley congratulates college scholarship winner Nathan Wallace, a fifth grade student at Eichold-Mertz School of Math and Science in Mobile, Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015. Also pictured are Nathan's parents and Chris Wallace. Gov. Bentley joined other state and local leaders at the school to announce the conversion of 46 locally funded pre-k sites in Mobile County to state First Class pre-k sites. The conversion was made possible by the support of PNC Bank to provide the resources to be used for the state match.
