This hummer was photographed from inside my apartment looking out at the feeder attached to the window. If you look closely you can see the reflection of the window in the hummingbird's eye.

Last weekend we joined a photowalk in the Mission District in San Francisco. This part of the city has a lot of character, there are small shops, and small alleys with many murals. It was fun walking with 100ish photographers.

I processed a balanced HDR photo from a RAW exposure, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves, then desaturated the image. I welcome and appreciate your critical feedback.

These little beauties come to the window feeder and pose for me. It becomes a matter of opening the window, pushing the chair back and then figuring out how to make the cat take a nap. Not as easy as it sounds.
