A lost chance, in theory.~gentle smile~...My friends will know what I mean ~sighs~
This will eat at me till my last breath.
Second nightmare start to year in a lot of ways.
Next several months will outline what damage has been caused. Ouch... long, long wait and will add more debt ontop of the funeral too..so even more distress and worry.
What a mess...inside and out, stained terribly, a complete mess literally.
Thanks to LAS, bg, lp, whom were a comfort ~soft smile~
I was lucky enough to be able to photograph Missed Out 2011 this year. The acts were great and the evening as a whole went a lot smoother than last years.
This week we re-arranged our former Media Room, now bedroom to be an awesome movie / doggy experience!
Before this week, we had an uncomfortable, old bed perched in our dining room - come - media room - come bedroom with couches, beds and stuff everywhere...
The pups originally weren't allowed in our media, seeing that unidentified piddle puddles were appearing every now and then, not sure who and what was causing these urine smelling puddles but started the BANNED areas for the dogs.
This included anything with carpet, including the entire upstairs area (original bedrooms) plus the media room and living area with the shag pile carpet rug.
I'd had ENOUGH of these unidentified puddles. There was enough happening without this... So the dogs were banned from all carpeted areas.
Last week, we decided to get an automatic lifting bed to make life easier and we removed the clutter, with a HUGE thanks to my parents and brother & sister in-law!
With all this extra room, we decided to invest in a bed for the pups...
But yet again I miss the 52 Weeks for Dogs submission, due this time to the stupid Windows 7 not 'sharing' media from my Vista computer.
That and not being able to run back and forth to the media room...
Hopefully next week I'll make it and it will be the last for 6 weeks til we return from China with Andrew's latest treatment.
Forever and ever since I have moved down to the south I have wanted to do a corn maze. Growing up a big city suburb girl I had no idea that corn mazes even existed! So...sheltered - I know. Anywho - I finally made it happen and packed up my family and headed for the hills (literally) in order to find myself here at the corn maze cross roads. Well worth the trip - we had a blast.
So I talked my city-disliking man to spend his day off going to Atlanta with me.
And off we went to see the High Museum of Art's Salvador Dali exhibit ... on its last day.
Or so we thought.
The line was so long that we calculated we'd have a whole 15 minutes to see the works, at $18 each.
No. Heck no. (What was actually said would probably violate the Flickr Community Guidelines.)
So we did a bit of photography-geeking, ate at the Vortex, and got back home just barely ahead of The Great Ice Storm of 2011.
