Siela's first photos after I'm home. She also got a new face-up by me.
I totally love her new style.

Ria is absolutely gorgeous!! She is worth it as the fullset just for the wings, they are AWESOME! Ria is the best fullset minifee Fairyland had ever made!
After playing with her for a little bit, I already notice the A-line Renewal body is much, much more stable than my old A-line. Especially the legs! She stands so much easier. The wings do not attach strongly, so you have to be careful, as they are very delicate. If I'm leaving her in a stand I think I'll tie a ribbon around the wings to her shoulders so they don't pop off. She is lighter color than my 2010 minifee, I wish I bought extra hands since mine are darker!
I heard fairyland had so many issues in the latest orders so I was woried! But she is ok! The only problem is that they did a mistake and send me some #7 hands that are for a boy! Haha, she looks so funny with these hands but I am sure I will get a replacement.
Another issue was her sleeping head. The quality was so bad. it has big discoloration on the fornt on the head and so many scrathes! I hope they will replace it too. *__*
But overall I am so happy that they are finally here!
I am attempting to create 1:4 scale coffee mugs... I'm not entirely sure this is large enough, though. Although it could probably work as like an espresso cup...I have some larger marbles as well as some metal tubing I want to try as well. (I also need to do some research on strong polymer clays...I just used scrap clay for this one and it cracked coming off the marble. I was able to glue it back together and I think once filled with resin it would be pretty strong, but I guess that is why this is just a prototype! ;-)
Merel, our Mnf Shushu.
She has the sweetest serene face.

I found a doll meme on Els82 gallery and I wanted to do mine.
It's fun to see the changes of a collection, to see how our tastes are evolving in time...
I think I discovered dolls in end 2009 but I waited 'till july 2010 to buy my first doll, Lily. She was a Limhwa ToYou and I chose her because of her mature body but tiny size. I was so afraid by SD dolls size. But my real "love at the first sight" was for a Dream of Doll E-An.
4 months later, I bought one on second hand and called her Lisbeth. Ume arrived for Christmas.
In 2011, my mind was totally obsessed by dolls. I had so many plans and ideas... I ordered many dolls this year but a lot of them didn't stay very long (I'm thinking about Jack or Rain). It was a year of experimentations and discovers.
In 2012, my life changed a lot. I moved back to France after 3 years in New-Caledonia. I left my job to go back to school. I was too busy to think about dolls... This year, I received dolls ordered in end 2011/early 2012. Blanche, Perséphone + an event head. With Dreva and Ume, they stayed in their boxes for one year and I didn't take any picture of them...
In 2013, I was missing my dolls... I started to unbox them. Unfortunately for Blanche, one year in her box without playing with her was fated for her. The crush was not here anymore and I sold her with Khlada, Lisbeth V2 and the Dollzone event head. This year was the "too poor year" too (as a student, I don't have a salary anymore. It's hard to resist to BJD temptation).
In 2014, I finally decided to buy a new doll. I was able to buy her thanks to my other BJD sales. Ume left me a few months ago. Finally, the SD size was not for me.
Now, I would love to buy a Minifee but I'm still "too poor" so I'm waiting.
