What struck me first was their panic.
Some were pulled by the wind
from moving to the ends of the stacked cages,
some had their heads blown through the bars-
and could not get them in again.
Some hung there like that-dead-
their own feathers blowing, clotting
in their faces. Then
I saw the one that made me slow some-
I lingered there beside her for five miles.
She had pushed her head through the space
between bars-to get a better view.
She had the look of a dog in the back
of a pickup, that eager look of a dog
who knows she's being taken along.
She craned her neck
She looked around, watched me, then
strained to see over the car- strained
to see what happened beyond.
That is the chicken I want to be.
I was at 大明湖 Daming Lake working on my 中國旅遊 中国旅游 China Tourism photography series but I was fascinated with the diversity of transportation methods on the 明湖西路 Minghu West Road near the entrance.
There are no traffic lights on the road and the only way to cross it is to brave it over—and it is difficult. The video shows how an old man does it, and it takes quite a bit of effort.

Em respsta à perseguição do regime chinês à prática espiritual do Falun Gong praticantes do grupo espiritutal fazem um protesto pácifico e coletam assinaturas no centro de Dublin, Irlanda na tarde de hoje. Desde de 2014 foram, confirmandos 91 mortes por torturas, 6.415 detenções sem julgamento e 983 adeptos julgados e condenados por suas crenças, segundo o site Minghui.org, um website de informações do Falun Gong sediado nos EUA.
Em junho de 1999, ordenou-se a erradicação do Falun Gong.A polÃ-cia desde então começou a anunciar em alto-falantes que era âilegalâ praticar o Falun Gong e passou a prender adeptos em massa.
Uma explicação para a perseguição é que o Partido Comunista identificou o grupo espiritual que segue os princÃ-pios da verdade, compaixão e tolerância, uma ameaça à sua ideologia ateÃ-sta do governo chinês.

Les bars et restaurants du quartier de Sea World sont construits autour.
Le Minghua est un paquebot que De Gaulle avait baptisé l'Ancerville et qui fut vendu par la France à la Chine en 1973. Depuis, il sert de complexe hôtelier, boite de nuit, restaurant, etc.
