I found a beautiful place in Second Life, here's hoping we all find some peace and mindfulness in both worlds. Take care of yourselves, mental health is precious and fragile. ♥

I think it's a mixture of both, it's a wild horse from Dülmen and they're very shy. The horse must have been curious too, because I kept telling him always and always what a beauty it is. It was lucky to get so close to get a portrait of the pretty animal face.

💟Description Image Ethereal Dreams:

This is a small tribute to the transition of what we often forget from our childhood, the warmth of those moments that we often forget, the details, the time that remains suspended in our thoughts, and how everything around us is changing and that without realizing it, we should also remember again what we have forgotten under those clouds.

That is what we are

No one in between

How can we be wrong

Sail away with me

To another world

And we rely on each other, ah ha

From one lover to another, ah ha

Sometimes you just need to get out into nature and breathe it in. I always feel so centred in nature.

This unusual picture is my tribute to Thich Nhat Hanh who passed away peacefully on 22nd January 2022.

Ringing the mindfulness bell is a simple way to become aware of the present moment.

During the retreats at the monastery in which I participated, a giant bell was struck randomly by a monk.

When the bell rings, each retreatant and monk stops doing what he is doing (even if you are at the toilet) and he is invited to become aware of what he is doing.

It's a simple way to reconnect with yourself and your inner peace..

Thanks Thay.

Off in his own little world ❤️ 😁
