Midsummer is a holiday in Sweden and is always on a Friday closest to the summer solstice. Every town has it's own unique costumes. The designs on the Midsummer pole are unique to the area. There is music and dancing and festivities. Everyone is free from work to take part.The fiddlers play while the men raise the Midsummer pole at Gammelgården in Borlänge Sweden. Midsommar 2008.
